Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of patients 17-75 years. 2. American Society Anaesthesiology ( ASA ) physical status 1 or 2. 3. Patients scheduled to undergo various elective surgeries requiring endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious anatomical abnormality ( limitation of temporomandibular joint and atlanto â?? axial joint ) 2. Upper airway abnormality ( ex : tongue tumour, maxillofacial tumour, fracture ) 3. Recent head and neck surgery. 4. Disability to open the mouth ( 5. ASA class 3 â?? 4. 6. Pregnancy. 7. Edentulous. 8. Refusal to give consent for study.
