Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age group of 25-45yrs with a BMI ranging between 18.5-22.9kg/m2 will be recruited for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with known diabetes, cardio vascular diseases and BMI 23kg/m2 will be excluded from the study.
