Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy, Normotensive pregnant women. 2 Pregnant women with PE with severe features and imminent eclampsia. 3 Pregnant women with Gestational hypertension & PE without severe features.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Chronic hypertension 2 Eclampsia 3 Chronic renal disease 4 Hyperthyroidism 5 Twin gestation 6 k/c/o seizure disorder 7 NIIDM 8 Severe anemia 9 Autoimmune disorders like SLE 10 ocular wound or Prior ocular surgery 11 Patient refusal.
