Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with major depression disorder, bipolar mood disorder,schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients 60yrs. Patients with history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, coronary artery disease. Patients with anticipated difficult intubation. Patients not meeting fasting guidelines. Patients having problems in communication due to hearing problem,language barrier. Pregnant and lactating females

Seizure duration - after application of electric stimulus. Heart rate,ECG, NIBP, SPO2-Every minute during ECT and five minutes to after recovery.
