Interventions

Intervention1: Talo navicular mobilization: a plantar glide of 20 repetitions of 3 sets was given to the navicular while stabilizing the talar neck. Total study duration was 5 days a week for 3 weeks.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with unilateral or bilateral involvement 2 functional flat feet 3 navicular drop test positive 4 arch index more than 0.26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 history of fractures in the lower limb 2 skin infections and wounds on the foot 3 tape allergies 4 any neurological deficit 5 peripheral vascular diseases.
