Conditions

Health Condition 1: null- Diagnosed Patients of Prameha as per Ayurveda and Prediabetes patients as per the Criteria of ADA. Patients with IDRS greater than 50.

Intervention1: Group A- Vamanottara Virechana Karma: Purvakarma for Vamana: Deepana Pachana:-Panchakola Choorna 3 gms twice a day before food till Nirama Lakshanas appear. Snehapana: Moorchita Tila Ta

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are willing for trial. Patients in the age group of 20â?? 60 years irrespective of Sex. Diagnosed Patients of Prameha as per Ayurveda and Prediabetes patients as per the Criteria of ADA (American Diabetic Association). Patients with IDRS >50

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of Type-1 Diabetes or the patients of Type-2 Diabetes taking Insulin and any other allopathic medicine for Diabetes. Patients complicated with any cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, carcinoma or any other disease effecting multiple body systems and pregnant women. Patients Contraindicated for Vamana and Virechana karma. Patients undergoing other modalities of treatment for Prameha/Prediabetes will be excluded.
