Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria (knowledge) 1. health care workers who are working in selected intensive care units (ICU1, ICU2, ICU3, Casuality ICU) 2. health care workers willing to participate in the study inclusion criteria (practice) 1. events based on checklist 2. events which occur after the discharge or transportation of a patient from ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Health care workers of other ICU are excluded
