Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both recreational and competitive athletes Movement impairment syndrome defined as any deviation on the normal overhead squat performance recorded on video camera and analysed in kinovea software in the computer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All conditions which result in decreased range of motion at neck, shoulder and back. Acute injuries which will prevent overhead squat to be performed
