Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to give inform consent 02 Age- >18 years, Admitted to Sir T. Hospital 03 Patients having parameters such as Random Blood Sugar >140mg/dl and Fasting Blood Sugar >110 04 Patient with Acute Coronary Syndrome with or without past history of Ischemic Heart Disease and Diabetes Mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to give inform consent. 02 Patients <18 years
