Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 60 years 2. ASA I/II 3. Scheduled for faciomaxillary surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA III or more 2. Allergy to the drugs 3. Coagulopathy 4. Infection at puncture site 5. Mental disorder and Communication failure 6. Use of analgesia for premedication 7. Preexisting neurological disease like peripheral neuropathy 8. Patients plan for postop ventilation 9. polytrauma patient
