Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of anaesthesia grade I to III, without significant comorbidities, undergoing elective total abdominal hysterectomy surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing to consent for the procedure Age less than 30 years or more than 75 years ASA grade IV or above Signs of skin infection or a wound near the puncture site Patients having uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension Anemic patients Patients undergoing surgery under spinal anaesthesia Patients requiring emergency surgery Allergic to any drugs used in the procedure Patients having coagulopathy
