Intervention1: Laxadi guggulu and Manjisthadi lepan: 50 patients having hairline fractures of lone bones will be given laxadi guggulu 2 tabs tds and manjishthadi lepan karma to be done once a day for

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of irrespective of their religion, caste, occupation etc. included. Patients of Hairline Fracture of upper and lower limb long bones included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Pathological Fracture, Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Ischemic Heart Disease excluded. Patients with the localized defects like Metastatic tumor excluded. Fractures involved in epiphyseal ends are excluded. Patients with acquired anomalies like Osteomyelitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis excluded. Fractures with complications like injury to the blood vessels or nerves excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
reduction in pain and swelling.Timepoint: After removal of lepa. approximately 1 hour.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
safety from other complications.Timepoint: just after the application of lepa and removal of lepa.
