Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: type II Diabetes mellitus diagnosed patients, volunteers, willing to participate, following usual sleep wake schedule

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not following their usual sleep wake schedule or those who are planning intercontinental flight during the time of study

Sleep diary measures like time in bed (TIB), total sleep time (TST), sleep onset latency (SOL), wake after sleep onset(WASO). HbA1c, blood sugar monitoring levelsTimepoint: Baseline, at 3 months after intervention and after 6 months of intervention
