Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Pain and stiffness of shoulder region 2) Exacerbation of pain on movement 3) Restricted movements of shoulder joint 4) With or without pain radiating to upper arm 5) Patient willing to undergo radiological investigation and give blood samples for laboratory investigations 6) Patient willing to sign the informed consent stating that he/she will conciously stict to the treatment but can opt out of the trial of his/her own concious discretion
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: H/O Diabetes mellitus H/O Cardiac disease H/O septic arthritis H/O Gonococcal arthritis H/O Pregnancy and lactation H/O Malignant hypertention H/O Any fracture and dislocation of shoulder joint H/O Cervical spondylosis H/O Any other chronic illness
