Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 subjects with Rheumatoid Arthritis who are able to perform basic yoga exercises and postures. Normal constant healthy eating habits and no change in dietary habits during the entire study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non specific musculoskeletal diseases as well as other types of arthritis, such as osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis and gouty arthritis and Pregnant women and lactating mothers will be excluded from the study.
