Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CKD-5D patients Patients consenting for participation in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Any other co-morbidity like liver disease, HIV infected patients & patients admitted in intensive care units. 2. Any recent major post surgical patients 3. History of infections treated with antibiotics in past one month 4. Recent history of antibiotics intake within 3-4wks. 5. Patients admitted with HD Catheter elsewhere other than PGIMER. 6. Post Transplant recipient (CKD-5TD)
