Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The anaesthesiologists (faculty and post graduate residents) in department at GSMC & KEMH who give consent for the study. Blood transfusion given intraoperatively in elective surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anaesthesiologists who refuse consent for the study.
