Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All males and females equal or above 18 years of age. Residing in the said village for more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Paralyzed patients 2. Bedridden patients 3. Patients with cognitive difficulties 4. Subjects who are unwilling to participate in the study
