Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal participants having addiction of tobacco or smoking at least for 20 years. No otological problems, intact normal tympanic membrane.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital SNHL Use of ototozic drugs Unilateral SNHL SNHL following trauma surgery and infections SNHL due to systemic diseases

Patients having tobacco addiction and smoking have increased incidence of SNHL.Timepoint: After getting required number of cases (around 2 yrs) Data will be analyzed at the end and the comparison will be done between tobacco addict and normal person using the audiogram report—
