Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sex of age group between 20-60 years with a diagnosis of katigraha. Katigraha is low back ache with stiffness. Patients fullfill diagnostic criteria of katigraha. Patients fit for Pinda sweda.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 20 and above 60 years Patients with any systemic disorders . Pregnant woman. Patients with other joint disorders or deformities which are not related with Katigraha , Amavata, Sandhivata etc.
