Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma with liver metastasis Treatment naive Willing to consent for ultrasound guided core biopsy ECOG PS 0 or 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metastasis to CNS PS or general condition does not allow FOLFIRINOX based chemotherapy Refused consent for participation in study Severe medical conditions or illness including HIV HBV HCV infections. Inadequate organ functions. Previously treated with any chemo radio biological immunotherapy.

To compare the responses to chemotherapy drugs in metastatic pancreatic cancer patients in vivo radiologically by RECIST criteria) versus in vitro with patient derived organoid.Timepoint: 24 Month

To identify clinico-serological and radiological markers co relating the drug responses with the help of the patient derived organoid. Timepoint: 24 month
