Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted in KMC for minimum 3 days 2. Steroid users 3. Steroid free for 1 month 4. Able to handle the machine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of ocular surgeries 2. Previously diagnosed or family history of glaucoma 3. Active Ocular infection 4. Astigmatism more than -2.00D 5. Corneal staining more than II according to oxford grading 6. Occludable angle 7. Patients on Acetazolamide, beta blockers, Alpha agonist, Calcium channel blockers

MeasureTime frame
To estimate the trend of IOP change with various steroid regimen (Topical, Oral and Intravenous)Timepoint: intraocular pressure will be measured after every 3 hours starting from 7am to 10pm

To estimate the diurnal fluctuation of IOP across various modes of steroid administrationTimepoint: intraocular pressure will be measured after every 3 hours starting from 7am to 10pm
