Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy co-operative children of both sexes in the age group of 4-8 years,who have at least one primary mandibular molar indicated for pulpectomy. 2.Primary mandibular molar teeth with non-vital pulps and apical periodontitis with enough coronal tooth structure,after clinical and radiographic confirmation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with underlying systemic conditions and special health care needs. 2.Patients giving a positive history of antibiotic use within the past month.
