Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy cooperative children 2.Children with contralateral first permanent molars fully erupted and with retentive fissures free of caries. 3.Primary teeth dmft index >=2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with long term systemic illness and with physical and mental disorders, gross oro-facial defects. 2.Teeth with white spot lesions, hypoplasia or initial caries. 3.Children with habit of bruxism. • Uncooperative children
