Health Condition 1: null- All term parturient who meet inclusion and exclusion criteria Health Condition 2: O998- Other specified diseases and conditions complicating pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium

Intervention1: Preoperative Oxytocin: Preoperative intravenous infusion of Oxytocin is started at 6mIU/min before giving spinal anaesthesia and continued till skin closure.Additional 5 Units Oxytocin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All term parturient 2.Age more than 18 years 3.Singleton pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy 2.Placenta previa 3.Placenta accreta 4.Any bleeding disorder 5.Preoperative systolic arterial pressure (SAP) less than 90 mmHg 6.Polyhydramnios
