Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with chronic low back pain ( >12 weeks) Age between 18-45 years Extension- rotation syndrome and extension syndrome subjects With respiratory muscle strength PImax in males less than 55 cm H2O PImax in females less than 32 cm H2O

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of cardiac and respiratory related conditions Inflammatory pathology of the lumbar spine Lumbar radiculopathy Subjects who have recent spinal fracture or surgery If they are current or past smokers or tobacco chewers Have participated in a lumbar exercise program in the past 3 months Having occupational industrial exposures
