Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with stage 1.5 to 4 according to modified Hoehn and Yahr. 2) Patients who are able to understand and follow simple verbal commands. 3) Patients showing a positive pull test and 360 degree turn task. 4) Patients showing Rate of Perceived Exertion score from 2 to 6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other neurological conditions like chronic stroke and multiple system atrophy associated with Parkinsons disease. 2) Lower limb fractures in recent 6 months duration. 3) Patients with chronic severe backache who could not tolerate exercise program. 4) Patients associated with dementia.
