Intervention1: Raktamokshana and Trayodashanga Guggulu tablets: Two sitting of Raktamokshana by cupping at the specific site of pain in lumbosacral area every 15 days of interval and Trayodashanga Gu

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from sign and symptom of Katigata Vata (Lumbar Spondylosis) with radiological findings suggestive of lumbar spondylosis. 2.Patients between age group of 40-70 years of either sex. 3.Patients of controlled diabetes mellitus. 4.Kati Shoola (pain in lumbar area 5.Kati Stambha (stiffness of lumbar joint) 6.Kati Suptata (numbness) 7.Akunchan Prasarane Kashtata (restricted movement)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 40 years and above 70 years. 2.Patients of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, R.A. (Rheumatoid arthritis) positive. 3.Other diseases like paralysis, Parkinsonâ??s disease, severe anaemia, malignancy etc 4.Pregnancy 5.Lumbar disc prolapse.
