Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with ASA I & II physical grading 2. patients requiring general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Modified Mallampatti 4 Orofacial malformations, intraoral tumors, vocal cord tumors Neck circumference > 40 cm BMI > 35 kg/m2 Any lung or cardiac pathology or respiratory problem Lux readings of less than 50000 at a distance of 1 inch from mobile phone light source Patients with history of uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes. Smokers. Pregnant & lactating women

1. comparison of the laryngoscopic exposure using the POGO score between two groups 2. Comparison of intubation difficulty scoreTimepoint: 1. at time 0 , time of laryngoscopy. 2. after about 5 minutes, after intubation has been done.
