Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria (knowledge). health care professionals who are 1.Working in selected intensive care units (ICU1 and ICU2) 2.Willing to participate in the study Inclusion Criteria (practice). 3.Selected events based on check list 4.Events which occur in any patients with central venous catheters in selected intensive care units 5.Present during the time of data collection
