Intervention1: Contextualised RSH workshop and Follow up: 3-day workshop with students on RSH using life skills approach
followed by follow up visit - 1-day for the first 3 months and then once in 3 months (total 12 followup visits)
Control Intervention1: 1 day orientation workshop and follow up: 1 day orientation works

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All nursing students (diploma and degree) of the age group 17-20 years, enrolled in 1st year, who are willing to participate in the study, from the selected nursing institutions in Bangalore city. Consent will first be obtained from parents of those students who are below 18 years. They will be asked to read the participant information sheet and assent only if their parents have consented.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All nursing students who - were below 18 years and whose parents did not consent in them participating in the study - were above 18 years and did not consent to participate in the study - not available during the time of data collection
