Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Modified Hoehn and Yahr scale (1.5-3 stage). 2) Able to understand simple verbal commands and respond to it. 3) Able to stand with rest pause and minimal support. 4) Able to walk with or without minimal assistance. 5) Able to perform 6MWT with mild or no difficulty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with musculoskeletal dysfunction such as contractures restricting less than half range of motion and shoulder stiffness that limit their dance performance. 2) Severe pain and discomfort resulting from recent falls and trauma. 3) Myocardial infarction, chest surgery and / or abdominal surgery in past 3 months. 4) Parkinsonâ??s disease of vascular, drug induced and inherited origin.
