Exclusion criteria: Inflamed thrombosed piles Acute Chronic anal fissure Rectal prolapse Ano rectal malignancy Piles associated with fistula in Ano Cardiorespiratory problems Uncontrolled HTN MI COPD Uncontrolled Diabetic patients Metabolic disorders Pregnancy Hepatitis B Tuberculoses HIV VDRL positive cases
