Intervention1: Group A-APAMARGA KSHARASOOTRA LIGATION : Group A Patients with clinical diagnosis of Arsha will be treated with Apamarga based Ksharasootra Ligation. Control Intervention1: Group B-GUG

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of 3rd and 4th degree pile mass Medically fit for surgery irrespective of sex caste religion and occupation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflamed thrombosed piles Acute Chronic anal fissure Rectal prolapse Ano rectal malignancy Piles associated with fistula in Ano Cardiorespiratory problems Uncontrolled HTN MI COPD Uncontrolled Diabetic patients Metabolic disorders Pregnancy Hepatitis B Tuberculoses HIV VDRL positive cases
