Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 60 years and above Patients posted for Bipolar Cemented Hemi-Arthroplasty 2.Patients fit for central neuraxial block.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 60 years 2.Decompensated systemic disease with poor cardiopulmonary reserve. 3.Patient refusal for central neuraxial block. 4.Patients with contra-indications for Spinal anaesthesia 5.Coagulopathy or other bleeding diathesis.
