Health Condition 1: K409- Unilateral inguinal hernia, without obstruction or gangrene

Interventions

Intervention1: Levobupivacaine 0.25%: Given by bilateral transversus abdominis plane block once before the start of the surgery after inducing anesthesia. Duration of observations will be for 24 hours

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with unilateral inguinal hernia coming for laparoscopic hernia repair surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with recurrent hernia repair, bilateral hernia repair, emergency hernia surgeries and patients allergic to local anaesthetics
