Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for quantitative approach - Caregivers of cancer patients on palliative care who had been providing palliative care at home for more than 3 months - Able to read and write Malayalam - Available during data collection period Inclusion criteria for qualitative approach: - Caregivers included in quantitative approach - Able to speak Malayalam fluently - Able to communicate verbally

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Paid caregivers and distant relatives -Caregivers who provide care to cancer patients on palliative care below the age of 21 years
