Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Residing in Barwala for at least 6 months 2) Have access to mobile phone with SMS facility in Hindi. 3) Can read SMS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with impaired hearing, inability to talk and severe mental retardation. 2) Cannot be contacted after 3 successive visits 3) Pregnant women
