Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years and above and suffering from diabetes mellitus 2. Only new patients (Diagnosed within last one year)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus 2. Patients on Anti tubercular treatment and steroids 3. Patients with diagnosed coronary artery disease 4. Patients with diagnosed mental health problems resulting in inability to comprehend 5. Patients with advanced disease and complications (bed ridden )
