Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be selected for the study if they are over 18 years and below 60 years and will have the of classical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya like Chala Udara-Sthana-Sphik, Swedadhikya, Atikshudha, Atitrishna, Atinindra, Kshudra Swasa will be taken. patient having BMI >25 will be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having age less than 18 years & above 60 years. Patients having major illness like cardiac diseases, diabetes mellitus etc & also the involvement of other systemic disorders were excluded from the study.
