Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pts < 12yrs of age requiring non operating room anaesthesia (NORA) for elective or emergency procedures either in TMH or ACTREC. This would include diagnostic and interventional procedures done in CT scan, MRI, interventional radiology and radiotherapy suite.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent Children >12 years of age

MeasureTime frame
The incidence and the nature of adverse events encountered during the conduct of NORA in pediatric patients. These would include the following 1.Incidence of equipment problems 2.Incidence of intraoperative complications 3.Incidence of post operative complications 4.Incidence of PONV Timepoint: During the intraoperative period During the recovery from anaesthesia in the postoperative period till discharge from the recovery area.

MeasureTime frame
1.To see our anaesthesia practices for NORA. 2.To identify risk factors that can predict complications during NORA (age, sex, ASA status, diagnosis, type of anaesthesia, type of procedure, duration of procedure, location, position of patient. Timepoint: Intraoperatively during the conduct of anaesthesia and in the postoperative period till discharge from the recovery area.
