Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non â?? medical staff who are within the age group 25 â?? 60 years. 2. Non â?? medical staff who have minimum 5 years of working experience in the TMH & ACTREC. 3. Non â?? medical staff who able to write, speak and read English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Para-medical staff working in biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, OPD or any other technical staff. 2. Non-medical staff who is under the treatment for cervical cancer. 3. Non-medical staff who will not be available during the data collection period.

Participants knowledge will improve regarding cervical cancer.Timepoint: 7days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Structured teaching program will help non-medical staff to have awareness and knowledge and develop positive attitude about cervical cancer and implement this knowledge into practice to prevent cervical cancer. This may prove helpful for participant in the awareness of cervical cancer.Timepoint: 1month
