Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The post graduate residents joining course in Anaesthesiology in our department and the interns .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Residents and Interns who refuse consent for the study. 2. Residents with prior exposure to Anaesthesiology of more than one month (house job, Diploma anaesthesia, primary DNB anaesthesia).
