Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient will be selected irrespective of their age, social, economic status, and education. 2. Primi and multi gravida. 3. Hb% between 8 to 10 gm% 4. Patient in between 16 to 24weeks of gestational age. 5.Those patient who ready to sign the inform consent form will be included only

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hb % less than 8 gm% 2. Aneamia due to other pathology like bleeding piles. 3. Any other associated obstreticle complication like pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes. 4. Systemic disease like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Sickle cell anaemia.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Changes of Hb gm% 2. Improvement of sign like Panduvarna of Twak,Netra,Nakha,Jihva & symptoms like Daurbalya, Shwasa, Bhrama, Ann, Aruchi, Gatra Shoola. 3. For subjective and objective parameters suitable scoring pattern will be developed. 4. The final effect will be assessed in terms of no improvement, mild improvement, moderate improvement and remarkable improvement.Timepoint: After completion of therapy - 90days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The total effect of the therapy will be assessed considering to the overall improvement in signs and symptoms. For this purpose, following categories will be maintained 1. Complete remission: 76%-100% relief in the signs and symptoms will be considered as complete remission. 2. Marked improvement: 51%- 75% relief in the signs and symptoms. 3. Improved: 26%-50 % relief 4. Unchanged: Below 25% reliefTimepoint: Every 15 days till completion of therapy. After completion of therapy every 15days for 2 months
