Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with duration of type 1 diabetes mellitus more than 18 months belonging to middle and low socio-economic status with 6 month follow up in pediatric endocrinology clinic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no micro or macro-vascular complications
