Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis will be made on the basis of International Diabetes Federation (IDF), the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), the American Heart Association (AHA) criteria for diagnosis of metabolic syndrome.4 Inclusion Criteria Patients ready to participate in survey and sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of Gestational diabetes and Juvenile diabetes 2.Patients with any other systemic illness like Portal Hypertension, Renal Hypertension. 3.Pregnant ladies 4.Individuals suffering with metabolic syndrome induced by drugs
