Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Thalassemia Major

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children below 01 year and above 10 years of age Patients having HIV HBV infection hepatic failure DM TB etc Patient having BT interval for less than 12 days Patient undergone splenectomy

Establish an adjuvant therapy from ayurveda in order to 1 Prolonging the BT interval 2 Decrease the serum ferritin level 3 Enhance the life span of the thalassemic children 4 Increase the QOL of thalassemic patients 5 Minimise complication such as iron overloading pain etc Timepoint: Special investigations will be carried out before and after treatment for duration of 6 months
