Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ï?¼ The person with age of 16 â?? 60 years ( After age of 60, the dryness increases) Any of two diagnostic test mentioned above is positive Shchirmer test finding should be 5-10 mm Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) Smoker

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 16 years And more than 60 years Systemic inflammatory diseases eg Sjogren syndrome Contact lens wearer Chemical injury eg Lime burn or any other Chronic viral infections eg Hepatitis C HIV Neurological conditions eg Parkinson disease Bells palsy Trigeminal neuralgia Punctal occlusion Temporary or Permanent Radiation of the orbit or nearby area Undergoing any ocular therapy Having any ocular allergy
