Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary Caregiver of adult advanced cancer patients. Advanced cancer includes Locally advanced cancers and metastatic cancers. Caregivers of Patients with stage 4 cancer will be included in the study. 2. Age 18 and above. 3. Read and write Hindi or English. 4. Caring for the patient at least since past 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregiver with history of psychiatric illnesses or under psychiatric care in past or currently. 2. Uncontrolled co morbid condition in caregiver. 3. Staying separately from patient.

MeasureTime frame
(1) To determine the overall score of Connorâ??Davidson Resilience Scale.Timepoint: at the time of assessment after recruitment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
(1) To determine overall score of WHOQOL-BREF score.Timepoint: at the time of assessment after recruitment.;(2) Correlation of Quality of life and resilience score.Timepoint: at the time of assessment after recruitment.
