Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having clinical sign & symptoms of Pandu Patients having low Hb % (WHO Criteria) For female 8 to 11gm% For male 8 to 13gm% Patients having low serum Iron (Normal Range is in male 59 to 148 μg/dl and female 37 to 145 μg/dl) MCV less than 80 fl Patients having low serum ferritin. (Normal Range is in male 25 to 280 ng/ml and female less than 73.3 ng/ml)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unfit for the Virechana Patients suffering from severe illnesses from AIDS, Cancer, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus & other severe diseases. Haematological disorders like Sickle cell Anaemia, Thalassemia etc. Pregnancy & lactating women Patients having Hb Age below 18 years & more than 60 years.

Improvement will be assessed on the basis of relief found in cardinal symptoms of disease Progress in the signs and symptoms based on the standard pattern will be applied before and after treatment the work will also useful in management of Iron Deficiency AnaemiaTimepoint: 2 month of treatment and one month of follow up

This study will help for the patients who suffers from iron deficiency anaemia and provide symptomatic reliefTimepoint: 3 month
