Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with bilateral impacted mandibular third molars
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre existing pathological conditions of extraction sockets , Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus Psychologically compromised and mentally retarted patients Pathologic bone diseases , Endocrine disorders
