Health Condition 1: null- Impacted tooth, Nonrestorable Dental caries, Periodontal Disease, Pericoronitis Post operative instructions were given to patients. Medicines were prescribed for 5 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with bilateral impacted mandibular third molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre existing pathological conditions of extraction sockets , Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus Psychologically compromised and mentally retarted patients Pathologic bone diseases , Endocrine disorders

All the patients were assessed every 4weeks clinically which includes wound healing, pain, postoperative swelling, mouth opening and bone densityTimepoint: 12 WEEKS
